F.L.Y. Girl Program
Our goal is to reiterate the notion that, when a girl of color has a safe space that doesn’t penalize her for who she is, a stronger sense of "self" and identity, support from positive peers and role models, and an environment of learning and expression, she’s been given the permission to be the “F.L.Y Girl” she was birthed to be; champions for herself, her school, her community, and especially for the girls that are coming behind her.
I'm Bossy Summer Program
Im Bossy is our summer intensive where Black girls and girls of color step into their voice, sharpen their leadership, and practice being in charge of their own lives. Through tech, storytelling, and healing centered workshops, girls learn how to make decisions, set boundaries, and move like the leaders they already are. It is a joyful, sacred space where “bossy” becomes a compliment, confidence becomes a habit, and sisterhood holds it all together.

Join us in making a lasting impact on Black educators and the students they serve by becoming a Summit Sponsor for the Nurturing Community: Empowering Educators for Healing & Reflection event. Your sponsorship will directly support healing-centered education, restorative leadership, and culturally affirming teaching practices that empower educators and create safe, thriving learning environments.
